Indoor Improvements!

Our facility has been particularly popular for our incredible outdoor amphitheater. But over these past few years we have been focusing largely on our chapel and indoor facilities. With upgrades throughout each of our buildings stories, the more traditional chapel wedding option at The Woods has become much more appealing for year-round use, not only for winter and rained out outdoor wedding backup.

Starting from the ground up. The lower level has undergone a few changes including the removal of the south side staircase for a coat hook area and a completely revamped mens bathroom, with more improvements planned for the future.

Moving to the main level and into the foyer area we have added a unisex bathroom, ideal for our elderly and handicapped guests so as to avoid having to navigate the stairs or go around outside to our lower level bathrooms. The south side staircase has, again, been removed for a cozy seating area for our early arrivers complete with cushioned chairs for a more comfortable option before moving to the chapel pews. Our chapel has seen multiple improvements from hand hewn look black walnut hardwood floor and light-colored painted ceiling. The new color helps disperse the light from our beautiful bay windows and really open up the space into a very charming environment to say your I do’s, while still keeping the rustic look of old style beam construction.

Lastly, the waiting room above the foyer has also been completely renovated with the same black walnut hardwood floor, and another new bathroom. These improvements make this an ideal, worry free, space for our wonderful brides to hide before ceremonies so as not to be seen by guests for our traditional wedding goers.
